Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Listrova (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you accept them for that business.

1. Your content and your rights to it

• You may only import product data, text and images that you own or are licensed to use. Product photos and descriptions from another store are usually protected by copyright; importing them does not give you the right to use them.
• You are responsible for the listings you publish, including their accuracy, legality and compliance with Shopify’s terms.
• You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service.

2. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft listings and checks facts against your source, but it can still make mistakes. Review every listing before publishing. Products are created as Draft by default.

3. Credits, plans and payments

• Plans include monthly credits; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits are reserved when a batch starts and charged only for successful items; failed or skipped items are released automatically.
• Payments and taxes are processed by our payment provider, Whop. Prices exclude tax where applicable; tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful use; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Service available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

6. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
